The Kettle River Paddling Festival is an event designed to celebrate the beautiful and clean Kettle River.
The festival has a simple mission –

get out and enjoy your life, move your body and experience Minnesota’s scenic and wild Kettle River.

Whitewater Paddlers
We encourage paddlers with whitewater 
experience and the right equipment to participate in the rodeo and the race.
Flat Water Paddlers
The Kettle River has great flat water paddling for adventure seekers. Paddle up river from Robinson park to Wolf Creek Falls and continue on to Hell’s Gate. Or paddle down river to the amazing Big Spring Falls.
Hikers
Banning State Park has trails along the Kettle river allowing views of the whitewater paddlers. hike to Hell’s Gate or go all the way to Wolf Creek Falls
Climbers
Robinson Park in Sandstone, MN has plenty bolted sport routes and boulder problems, so bring a rope or a crash pad.
